week 2 weigh in- Blessed with GYM pass -1st Pilates class
Ok first dont weigh yourself on the carpet it gave me a wrong weight! BOO but is ok i really weighed 210 and now i weigh 208 so 2 lb but i started the gym! Thanks to my dad e helped me get started wth the gym and is now my personal trainer!! Wear going to our first pilates class afte we do our cardio! So i will let you guys know! I went to my first Zumba class so fun but iwas so destracted by the mirror i never knew i lacked so much rythem or my extra fat just make me look so gross trying to do thos move! All the more though to get me going! Well here we go one week downforever to go its all about Seeking the Lord and making it a Life style!
