week 2 weigh in- Blessed with GYM pass -1st Pilates class
Ok first dont weigh yourself on the carpet it gave me a wrong weight! BOO but is ok i really weighed 210 and now i weigh 208 so 2 lb but i started the gym! Thanks to my dad e helped me get started wth the gym and is now my personal trainer!! Wear going to our first pilates class afte we do our cardio! So i will let you guys know! I went to my first Zumba class so fun but iwas so destracted by the mirror i never knew i lacked so much rythem or my extra fat just make me look so gross trying to do thos move! All the more though to get me going! Well here we go one week downforever to go its all about Seeking the Lord and making it a Life style!

Monday week 1 weigh in
woooo hooooo i have lost 14 lb. since i last checked my weight! Now tis NOT 14lb a week i weigh myself like a month ago! I wile checking my weight every monday!

One day down and a day at a time...
Les and Liz you rocked the Zumba! It was so much fun! i can def. see my self doing that (I hope) at least 4x a week goal 5x! But we shall see. So liz intruduced us to this app called my fitness pal! ok so its free and its the best freaken app ever besdes... (thru the bible J. Vernon McGee) free as well... anywho so yeah its like awesome you have to get it its lets you long your food intake your workout goals.... and so much more! cant wait to explore it more! So as of right now i last weight at 214lb! ALOT for me i know wellafter 2 babys in 2 years! So like i said one day down one day at a time!
Zumba
Tonight will be my first time doing zumba! So stoked! I just ordered it online waiting for it to come and my girlfriend Liz has hers and will be coming over! NO BOYS ALLOWED! lol! so here we go! ZUMBA
